The Electrical System is designed to run on Fully Essential Electrical Supply. This will avoid electricity failure in the Hospital Building due to flash floods occurrence.

SURUHANJAYA PILIHAN RAYA (SPR) PUTRAJAYA

This SPR Building will be Headquarter of the National Election Commission in the near future. It is located at Putrajaya Lot2C10, behind the Ministry of Finance Complex. This SPR Building’s Lighting Design concept has 2 modes ie. Weekday and Weekend modes. The Weekday mode is of (White LED Luminance Effect) and the Weekend is of (RGB Colour Changing LED Luminance Effect).

Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia HUSM

Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM) is a teaching hospital branch by USM Penang and was awarded to us under a direct contract by the Public Works Department of Malaysia (JKR). Mega Jati Consult JV Jurutera Perunding In-Tech were the appointed mechanical and electrical consulting engineers.

This project awarded to us by the Public Works Department of Malaysia (JKR). The mechanical and electrical consultant was JKR, Kuala Lumpur. This project was considered a special project and required thorough attention as the court will be accessed by vip’s, and heavily trafficked with public and media personnel.
